It’s normal. All doors have a rubber seals with tiny holes in them to drain water out. And the rubber plug is there to let it out if the small holes are clogged

After warranty do whatever you want to do and in warranty I agree. I had a 07 F150 5.4 CAI superchips tune on 91 woke this thing up but it was bought used and out of warranty. Here in Canada the POS Justin is taxing fuel a insane amount went back to 87 and de tuned a daily driver. Upgraded to a 2017 5.0 this thing day and night from the 07 the ride and the power 87 more HP yeah progress. Yeah out of warranty you know the more you drive it it starts to feel slow but hell keeping it stock a factory ram air intake yeah it has a intake silencer but who cares I could put a K&N filter in but at 57 swapping out a filter is the ticket. Just keep up the maintenance a daily driver stock will get you to work every day It was made this way for a reason a daily driver not a sport truck you want a sport truck get a Shelby.

I think it compliments the raptors because the material and texture matches the other panels that were added to match. Some trucks can make it look right, and some just throw off the flow of the vehicle.

Personally I think it looks cool, you do you man, everyone’s got their own opinions and problems but the ones that matter the most is yours, and your family’s (as in wife, daughter, son. Relatives aren’t really family unless you treat each other like family). And technically, this could be my opinion so it itself is invalid lol.

This is NOT NORMAL… yes, those holes are there to let water escape & airflow through to dry… but this is only if your truck/ vehicle has been submerged or in DEEP WATERS… you doors should NOT have that MUCH WATER SEEPAGE FROM JUST RAIN…. Now, I’m speaking from my own personal experience… but let me say this, my vehicle was a different make- Chevrolet & model- Acadia & year- 2010 …. & from what I can see, your Ford does not have a sun roof… And the Sun/ moon roof that was in the Acadia was actually a recall & there had been a defect in the build, design, manufacturer & installation of the moon roof… When it rained, water would collect in arnd to moon roof & run down the sides of front & rear windows & collect in the door… and this CAUSED A HUGH AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS… all electrical work inside shorted out and stopped working, windows controls, door locks, all seat controls, heated seats, no a/c, no heat, no vent fams, radio, wipers, no interior lights… you name it & it stopped working… not all at once either… a couple things at a time, mechanics would tell me it was fuse blown… ya it was, put new ones in, next day- blown again… and this continues for months… my starter, it drained my battery- BATTERIES! Even my alternator! Anything that had a FUSE- it blew it… I even had to replace the big AMP $300-$500… that regulates all the fuses… IT BECAME A NIGHTMARE! Finally I COULDNT get a mechanic to help me, bc he thought it could be “A COMPLETE LEMON!” Or a faulty wiring harness… & he advised me to take it straight back to Chevrolet & pull in there garage (without an appointment) & get Some answers… Chevrolet couldn’t figure it out & swore they hadn’t had any other customers with these issues… & after all that, I get a RECALL NOTICE MAILED TO ME… stating a faulty moon roof… There are plenty of forums & chats online about this… & there IS/WAS no fix to this… All Chevrolet could do, was “fill-in” around the roof… but it was iffy, if it would work & wasn’t a permanent fix… **NOTE: The way the mechanics found out my doors were holding water… Open door Were the hinges hold door to truck; there should be a 2-3inch black rubber flexible tube… This tube contains all the wires that control all of the door features & any airflow vent features & any other radio features, etc. The mechanic to his pocket knife & gently poked a hole in the bottom/ lowest part of the tube, closest to the ground-U-like at the bottom of the U…. And RUSTY WATER POURED OUT OF THAT TUBE… He then continued arnd to all other of the 3 doors…. Then arnd to the back & opened the hatch trunk, did the same… and even after the recall, this is what helped me the most!!! It kept water from being trapped & building up. He only punctured the tubes with like a slit, so it would close up but still let water out… Sir your doors SHOULD NOT BE HOLDING THAT MUCH WATER KUST FROM RAIN!!! Unless you’re had that truck & drove threw a creek, river or flooded area, water up to your doors. If it’s collecting that much water from rain, SOMETHING IS WRONG!!! Now possible,’as clean as your truck is, if you’ve took it to a car wash& really sprayed down into the door cracks to get out the “door jam” dust & dirt that gets trapped arnd inside of door… you could have possibly filled your doors up that way by heavily spraying between the door cracks…. If ya didn’t- I’m afraid ya may have an issue… Buuuut… anyway, sorry for such a long post, but I had flash backs of the TERRIBLE TIME I HAD, and ALL THE MONEY I spent just trying to figure out what’s up…. I would have gave anything it people could have just gave me some deals or possibilities …. so that’s why I explained this to you… Check those tubs at arnd the door hinges… with a very sharp box cutter or raiser blade… you can tell by squeezing the tube, it’s not very thick, carefully cut about a 1/2- 1 inch slit, in the lowest -U- part of the tube, gravity will do the work there. Only do the one door with the water… & take it from there. If no water in the tubes, your probably gonna be ok…. I just know water in Your door like that can cause your door controls to short out… also, I think, were the tube connection from the door to the actual body of vehicle… if you’ll notice the end of the tube has like a hard plastic square ring at the end of the tube- & there is a “tab or clip” that locks & holds the tube in place & connectes the wires in the tube to a 2nd ring on the vehicle… if you put your thumb on the tab that is on the ring & push it towards the tube, while pulling gently, let that tub hang down, water will run outta the tube that way also… good luck & God bless you… maybe you’ve caught a problem or default on your truck…. Before- things start shorting out or daily blowing fuses… costing 100s of $…. Or maybe Ford did this lil glitch intentionally- causing the consumers, multiple problems years down the road… I mean, who would have thought, the $1000s of dollars worth of electrician issues I was having- was actually causing by trapped water in my doors- caused by a faulty design in the moon roof- that NEVER showed any visible signs of it having a leak… & let me say, this took over a yr- 2years till I started having issues… May God Bless you!

You got to drill little holes in the bottom ford didn’t make the drain plug holes big enough so any little thing that get in there will block it and than you have this problem
